• 3) How to get started? Ans:
  1) Just register with SunPage -- your existing telephone numbers (home line, mobile lines, office lines or fax lines) from any operators (Singtel/M1/StarHub). You can dial directly to overseas numbers, with prefix 1521 before the overseas numbers. All usage will be billed to your business accounts.
  2) Alternatively, you may request for security PIN number (optional), so that you can call from any phone numbers that are not registered with SunPage by entering pin numbers before calling overseas.
  
• 4) What is registered number? Ans: Numbers registered for using SunPage services.
• 5) What is the dialing step for IDD 1521? Ans: Simple, easy 1 step dialing:
  1521 > Country + Area Code > Tel No.

• 6) Do I need a pin to use this service? Ans: The pin is optional and will be issued on request.
• 7) What is the purpose of using the pin? Ans:
  1) Gives you the flexibility of making IDD 1521 calls from phone numbers that are not currently registered with SunPage
  2) For tracking of usage by each user
  3) For security reasons
  4) The pin can also be used for SunPage Internet Call service
  
• 8) What is the dialing step for IDD 1521 using pin? Ans:
  1) Dial 6551 5555
  2) Select language of your choice
  3) Enter 10 digit card and pin number
  4) Enter Country code + Area code + Telephone Number
  

Fax / IDD Premium service (IDD 1521 001)

• 9) Can I use IDD 1521 for fax service? Ans: Our IDD 1521 is for more suitable for voice services. For fax service, customers can sign up for Fax/ IDD Premium Service for the specific telephone or fax number.
• 10) What is Fax/IDD Premium Service? Ans: A Premium grade IDD service and is ideal for fax transmission or extra clear voice quality. It is reliable and suitable for real-time international fax transmission.
• 11) How does it work? Ans: Simple, easy 1 step dialing:
  1521 001 > Country + Area Code > Tel No.
• 12) Are the rates the same for IDD 1521 and IDD Fax/Premium services? Ans: Different rates apply for both services.

Billing and Registration

• 13) What is the billing process like? Ans: You will receive a bill on your usage monthly. There are 3 choices of plans to make payments.
  1) Flexi Credit Plan
  2) Deposit Plan
  3) Credit Card Plan
  
• 14) What is Flexi Credit Plan? Ans:
  1) Use now and pay later. No up-front payment required. Usage will be billed monthly.
  2) $200 credit limit or customer may produce your latest IDD bill to request for higher credit limit (up to 2 times current usage).
  3) Foreigners are not eligible for this plan
  
• 15) What will happen when the credit limit is reached? Ans:
  1) Service will be temporarily suspended until payment of outstanding charges is received
  2) Customer may make payment to resume service immediately
  3) Customer can call CareLine 6483 3333 to review limit
  
• 16) What is Deposit Plan? Ans:
  1) Credit limit = deposit amount
  2) Minimum $100 refundable deposit
  3) Subsequent increment is in multiples of $50
  4) For registration with CareLine 6483 3333 and web-site, initial deposit can be paid by cheque only.
  5) Make cheque payable to Nexwave Telecoms Pte Ltd and mail to:
       Nexwave Telecoms Pte Ltd, 5 Clementi Loop, #02-06 Toll Asia Building, Singapore 129816
  6) Write your name, contact number and NRIC/FIN number on the back of the cheque.
  7) For registration at SunPage authorised shops, deposit can be paid by cash, credit card, NETS, cash card or cheque at the point of registration
  8) Usage will be billed monthly
  9) The deposit is refundable
  10) Foreigners are eligible for this plan
  
• 17) What will happen when the credit limit is reached? Ans: Service will be temporarily suspended. You can either make payment or top up the deposit to resume service.
• 18) What is Credit Card Plan? Ans:
  1) Payment using VISA or Master Card. Your credit card will be charged upon:
       a) Every $100 usage and
       b) At bill date
  2) SunPage will you send a monthly bill listing details of calls made. There is no credit limit for using the SunPage service. You only need to make payment to credit card company.
  3) Foreigners are eligible for this plan
  4) Applicant need not be the Credit Card holder
  
• 19) What type of Plans am I eligible for? Ans:

• 20) Can 2 persons register the same telephone number? Ans: 2 persons cannot register the same telephone number with SunPage. Priority will be given to the registered owner of that telephone. Otherwise, it will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
• 21) What are the current IDD 1521 rates? Ans: Current rates are available at our website http://www.sunpage.com.sg Please visit our website for regular update.
• 22) How am I billed? Ans:
  1) Rates above $0.60cts are charged in block of 30 seconds increments. Rates at $0.60cts and below are charged in blocks of 60 seconds. IDD 1521 Fax/Premium rates are charged in block of 30 seconds increments and under a different rates table. Calls to overseas mobile numbers are charged differently.
  2) Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Peak / Off-peak charges may apply from time to time.
  
• 23) Will customer be informed of any rate change? Ans: No. Do call our CareLine 6483 3333 or visit our website http://www.sunpage.com.sg regularly for updates .
• 24) When and how often do I receive my bill? Ans: There are 4 billing cycles - 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th of the month. You will receive the bill once monthly.

• 26) Will I be penalized for late payment? Ans: Yes, late penalty fee of 2% will be imposed for unpaid portion of the bill from due date to date of payment.
• 27) What are the documents required for registration? Ans:
  
  At SunPage authorised Shops / Corners
  1) Copy of NRIC / Passport / Work permit / ROC
  2) Complete Registration Form
  3) List of telephone numbers to register
  4) Choose a plan that suits you
  5) Copy of Credit Card if Credit Card payment plan is preferred
  6) Customers signature and acknowledgement on the registration form
  7) Latest IDD bill if requesting for higher credit limit
  8) Service will be activated within 3 working days
  Note: If Credit Card holder is different from applicant for Credit Card Plan, both applicant and Credit Card holder must be present at point of registration for verification purposes.
