  • 2) Do your calls go over the internet? Ans: The iConference service was designed to provide 'whisper' voice quality to serve all your audio conferencing needs. It does not use VoIP technology so that you do not sacrifice clarity and sound quality.
  • 3) Do I need to commit to a contract? Ans: No. iConference services are on-demand, which means you do not need to be bounded by a contract. We believe the combination of quality, ease of use and reliability will convince you that this is the best of its clas
  • 4) Can I connect international guests? Ans: Yes you can. Simply enter your international guests’ mobile or fixed-line numbers with their respective country codes just like you would for a local guest.   • 5) Must I have an operator set up the conference for me? Ans: iConference is a 24x7 audio conference service that does not require a dedicated operator to setup or to reserve a conference for you. With design that is intuitive and easy to set up, we pass on the cost savings to ensure you get the best possible rates.

  • 6) Do the participants need to be a Sunpage customer? Ans: Invited participants to iConference do not need to be a Sunpage customer. Only the Organiser of the conference needs to be a registered Sunpage user.
  • 7) What are your charges? Ans: Charges will be based on a per minute charge of SGD 18 cents per user. As it is a pay per use basis, there are no subscription charges or contract.
  • 8) How will you bill me? Ans: iConference charges will be billed at the end of the month to your Sunpage bill. For your convenience, it will be consolidated together with our other services such as IDD 1521, Callback, SMS broadcast or paging services that you may have with us.
  • 9) How many people can I have on my conference call? Ans: There is no limit to the number of participants that you can invite or dial out for the conference. To assist you to manage large groups of participants, iConference provides you with a panel to monitor the number of participants who are in the conference.
    As a guide, should you wish to have an audio broadcast for more than 20 participants, we can help facilitate that. Call us at our CareLine at +65 6483 3333.
  • 10) How long can my conference last? Ans: There is no limit to the duration to your audio conference. To help you manage your time, we allow you to schedule an end time for the conference. There will be a voice prompt should you exceed your schedule end time.

  • 12) Can I record my conference calls? Ans: Yes. You have the option of recording the full conference. You can select this option when you setup the conference. At the end of the conference, you will be provided with a link to listen or download for up to 30 days as an organizer. The recording will be in MP3 sound format.
  • 13) Is my conference secured? Ans: Yes. For added security, an organizer may create an organizer password and/or participant passwords to participants who are invited to join the conference.
  • 14) How do I manage my conference call? Ans: If you are an organizer, you may login to the iConference web portal where you will have full control in managing your conference, including inviting additional users, disconnect users, extend call duration, mute etc.
    If I am unable to login to the web portal, will I still be able to manage the conference?
